Dr. Steve Burmeister, serving as an optometrist in Norton Shores and East Muskegon, is a Muskegon native through and through.Â
A proud alumnus of the Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University, Dr. Burmeister has dedicated over 30 years to practicing in his hometown. Throughout these years, he has cherished the deep Patient-Doctor bonds formed, considering them a highlight of his career.Â
When not in the clinic, he revels in quality time with his family, including his first grandchild, friends, and dogs. Dr. Burmeister is also an avid enthusiast of outdoor activities, with cycling, running, softball, and hockey among his favorite hobbies.
